Private Documents

The cost of having a private document notarised is £70 plus VAT and £35 plus VAT for each additional document. If you have more than 6 documents, please ask for a separate quote.

Commercial Documents

The cost of having a commercial document notarised is £90 plus VAT and £45 plus VAT for each additional document. If you have more than 6 documents, please ask for a separate quote.

Legalisation

The cost of having your documents legalised at the Foreign and Commonwealth Office is £20 plus VAT and the Foreign and Commonwealth will make a separate charge of £30 per document for standard legalisation. Further charges will apply if you require consular legalisation and these vary depending on which country your documents are being sent to.

 What do I need to bring with me?

When you attend your appointment you will need to produce your passport and two recent documents with your name and address on (e.g. utility bills, bank statements, driving licence).  You will also need the document that is to be notarised and payment of the fee, which can be paid by cash or debit card.
