Business law team

	Gary Caplan B.A. (Hons)
	Gary is a partner in the practice and is an experienced Company & Commercial solicitor. He has been in practice in Leeds for over 20 years and acts for a number of long standing well established business clients.

	Richard Lindley M.A., D.Phil.
	Richard is head of Commercial Litigation and Dispute Resolution. Experienced in a wide range of High Court and County Court litigation, he specialises in contractual disputes, partnership disputes, and alternative dispute resolution.

	Claire Kitchen LL.B. (Hons)
	Claire qualified as a solicitor in 2001 and since then has been involved with some technical pieces of litigation, including civil fraud, minority shareholder actions, and professional negligence actions. Claire is also aware of the commercial requirements of her clients, and believes firmly in alternative routes to resolving disputes. She practised in Sheffield before moving to Leeds in 2006. She has also lectured in Civil Procedure at the Sheffield College.

	Jeremy Conway LL.B. (Hons)
	Jeremy is an experienced commercial property solicitor, having been practising since 1993. He is able to provide business clients with thorough and practical advice.

	Sarah Nandhra LL.B. (Hons) LL.M.
	Sarah is a specialist Employment solicitor who practices in all areas of employment law. She prides herself on providing in-depth practical advice to all our employment clients.

	Ramrattan S Bhambra LL.B. (Hons) LL.M.
	Ramrattan is a solicitor working in our business law department. He has gained a masters degree in alternative dispute resolution and is an accredited civil & commercial mediator with ADR group.

	Katie Beckett LL.B. (Hons)
	Katie is a Notary Public and a Commercial Property Solicitor. She deals with all aspects of commercial property, particularly business leases and other commercial landlord/tenant matters. As a Notary Public, she deals with documentation relating to foreign jurisdictions.
