Gabrielle Clasper LL.B. (Hons)

Gabbie is head of our family law department. Gabbie qualified as a solicitor in 1993 and has specialised exclusively in family law throughout her career.  Gabbie is nationally accredited by Resolution in Financial Provision and Advanced Financial Provision and is a proven specialist family law solicitor in financial disputes.  She has expertise in cases involving settlements with a multi-jurisdictional dimension, pre-nuptial contracts and company structures.

Gabbie is also nationally accredited by the Law Society as a  proven specialist family law solicitor involving issues such as divorce, separation, cohabitation and children disputes of residence and contact.

Gabbie promotes Resolution’s Code of Practice to resolve disputes in a way which preserves clients’ dignity, is sensitive and constructive, most likely to result in an agreement and therefore the most cost-effective.

Known for her kindness towards clients, and her tenacity in achieving a fair outcome, Gabbie has a keen eye for detail and a thorough knowledge of family law.

Jennifer Drurey

Jenny works as a Legal Assistant within the Family department and has experience in dealing with divorce and children matters. Answering the majority of new enquires, Jenny initially helps clients through what is often a difficult time, clearly explaining the options available to them and what the legal process involves.
