Sally Clark Sally Clark BSc (Hons) PG Dip Law
Sally Clark is head of family for this practice. Sally is a family solicitor and is highly experienced in all aspects of private family law work including divorce, breakdown of civil partnerships, associated financial matters with particular focus on mid to higher net worth clients, the full spectrum of private children act work and co-habitee disputes. Sally is also very experienced in assisting clients with pre and post nuptial agreements and cohabitation contracts. Sally is a fully accredited and experienced family law mediator and collaborative lawyer. Sally sits on the West and North Yorkshire committee for Resolution and has recently been appointed as committee secretary.

   
Laura Clapton Laura Clapton LL.B. (Hons)

Laura is a solicitor in the family department and specialises in all aspects of matrimonial and private family law including; divorce and separation, financial remedy cases, cohabitee disputes and private children matters. Laura also has experience in advising clients in relation to cohabitation contracts and pre-nuptial agreements. Laura is a member of Resolution and a committee member of Young Resolution West & North Yorkshire.
