	Shaun Walker LL.B. (Hons)
	Shaun heads up the Personal Injury team with over 14 years industry experience. Shaun specialises in occupational injury and high value/complex Personal Injury claims including experience in dealing with medical negligence claims

	Martin Nolan
	Martin who is a partner in the firm, is an established member of the Personal Injury department. He has been helping injured accident victims in a career spanning 20 years.

	Michelle Fieldhouse LL.B. (Hons) LL.M.
	A specialist Personal Injury solicitor who concentrates on more complex road traffic accident cases, accidents at work and slipping and tripping accidents.

	Amanda Evans B.A. (Hons)
	During the last 12 years, Amanda has built up a wealth of knowledge in road traffic accident claims whilst working for both insurers and solicitor practices. Amanda has been with Winston Solicitors since the practice opened in 2002.

	Sam Pottock
	Sam is the first point of contact for many of our Personal Injury clients helping them through the initial phase of a claim. This can be a difficult time for most people but Sam has the knowledge and calm assurance required to clearly explain the legal process during the early phase of a claim.

	Neil Farrar
	Has over 20 years industry experience with both defendant insurers and for the claimant side. This has provided Neil with in-depth knowledge, from minor incidents through to serious and complex matters involving re-insurers.

	Celina Zatonska
	Celina is a Polish law graduate who helps clients with claims for Personal Injury compensation. The firm has a Polish legal department which Celina is a prominent member of helping people with translated legal services across England & Wales.

	Stuart Winston
	Works within the Personal Injury team specialising in Criminal Injury claims (CICA). Assists victims of criminal assault in obtaining the maximum allowable compensation for the injuries they have suffered.
