Winston Solicitors in Roundhay, North Leeds are looking for a Temporary Part-Time Administration Assistant. The hours are open to negotiation, however, Tuesday mornings (8.45am-1.30pm) and Friday afternoons (1.30pm-5.30pm) are essential as a minimum. There is also opportunity for paid overtime for holiday cover.
Your role is to assist in the smooth running of the practice by providing a professional client facing administrative service. Main duties will be processing incoming telephone calls efficiently, dealing with client enquiries proactively, clearly communicating messages to colleagues whilst undertaking various administrative duties such as photocopying, scanning, data entry and archiving. There will be times that you will be based on reception therefore being the first point of contact for clients visiting the office and making them feel welcome.

The role would suit a part time law student who wishes to gain some first-hand experience within a law firm.
