Winston Solicitors was established in 2002. We have a 5-year growth strategy, and we are looking for an experienced HR professional to assist the firm’s partnership in supporting their fantastic existing team, working to develop and grow the firm.

This role will undertake a range of Human Resource responsibilities work across the firm, ensuring the firm’s policies are fit-for purpose and compliant, managing recruitment and on-boarding, employee relations and performance management.

You will work closely with the Practice Manager and current Partnership to build on and develop our existing structures. This is an exciting opportunity for someone to develop a role within a growing and ambitious organisation, committed to being a great place to work and providing the best client service possible. The successful candidate will work with a range of individuals across the firm therefore it is essential they are consistently approachable with exceptional communication skills. The right candidate will have a “can-do” attitude and is able to work in a stand-alone role.

Job Details
  • Competitive salary
  • Permanent role
  • Hours 25-35 hours per week, over 4-5 days (exact hours to be agreed, between 8:45-5:30 Monday to Friday)
  • Location – 112 Street Lane, Roundhay, Leeds, LS8 2AL. If working 5 days, 1 can be remote
  • 25 days (FTE) Holiday 
  • Free on-site parking
