Our office is conveniently located on Street Lane, North Leeds, close to Roundhay Park. There is plenty of parking for staff and clients at the office, and reliable bus routes (Number 2 & 12) close to the office. We have 35 members of staff and this number is growing all the time. Junior Chamber role

One of our employment solicitors, Anil Champaneri has been voted into the role of deputy president of JCI Leeds (Junior Chamber International). Since joining JCI Leeds nearly two years ago, Anil has won two awards, one for best new member in 2008 and most recently the best council director award for his work with the Chamber during 2009. >> READ MORE

High Heel-a-thon for Breast Cancer Haven

A 10 strong team from Winston Solicitors took part in the UK's first ever High Heel-a-thon to raise money for Breast Cancer Haven. So far we have raised almost £2,000 for the charity.

Lasting Power of Attorney & The Mental Capacity Act 2005

The Mental Capacity Act 2005 introduced important changes which affect the process of making decisions on behalf of someone else. The Act replaced Enduring Powers of Attorney with Lasting Powers of Attorney. This and other changes came into force on 1 October 2007.

Our team can also help with collaborative law which provides a more dignified and straightforward method of dealing with marital or children disputes.
