Our office is conveniently located on Street Lane, North Leeds, close to Roundhay Park. There is plenty of parking for staff and clients at the office, and reliable bus routes (Number 2 & 12) close to the office. We have 30 members of staff and this number is growing all the time. Lasting Power of Attorney & The Mental Capacity Act 2005

The Mental Capacity Act 2005 introduced important changes which affect the process of making decisions on behalf of someone else. The Act replaced Enduring Powers of Attorney with Lasting Powers of Attorney. This and other changes came into force on 1 October 2007.
