We had heard horror stories from friends and family regarding other solicitors times for response, quality of work, friendliness etc.. However, we found none of that with Winstons and moreso Samantha; they were fantastic from start to finish and made us feel as though no query was too menial. Most of our communication was via email and mobile, which we really appreciated for convenience.The only small suggestion we have is to consider offering a paper-free option. Going digital would not only be more environmentally friendly but also more practical for some clients. Of course, we understand that others may still prefer paper documents, so offering both options might be a good solution.All in all, the most important thing is that everything was done on time, to a very high standard, and with excellent customer service.
