Unfair dismissal calculator

If you believe you have been unfairly dismissed due to discrimination or for other reasons then you could be entitled to unfair dismissal compensation from your former employers.

In order to claim ordinary unfair dismissal you would need two years of service or more and, therefore, we are sorry that you cannot bring this claim.

An employment tribunal claim must be brought within three months less a day from the date of dismissal so, unfortunately, your claim is time-barred.

A claim for unfair dismissal can only be brought when the employer has dismissed an employee and not, as in your circumstances, when the employee has resigned.
