Were you employed by the company for at least two years?

In order to claim ordinary unfair dismissal you would need two years of service or more and, therefore, we are sorry that you cannot bring this claim.

Have you been dismissed within the last three months?

An employment tribunal claim must be brought within three months less a day from the date of dismissal so, unfortunately, your claim is time-barred.

Were you dismissed or did you resign?

A claim for unfair dismissal can only be brought when the employer has dismissed an employee and not, as in your circumstances, when the employee has resigned.
