Joanne Roney OBE, Chief Executive of Wakefield Council spoke to the Yorkshire Managers for their April event. The audience heard an overview of the challenges facing public sector CEO's in the current economic climate. There was a lively Q&A session at the end plus the usual chance to chat to everyone on arrival.
