With the Tour de Yorkshire passing through our town we had to celebrate all things cycling. Yes, it was 'just for fun' that we held the Tour de Winston Solicitors - the Orchard View route.
14 members of staff from Winston Solicitors leapt onto the saddle in a bid to match the Tour de Yorkshire's medium route. With a target of 78.6km the team achieved great personal lengths of 12.9km through to 3.7km. Fortunately, the weather stayed almost dry, the sun stayed almost out and the lycra was almost at a minimum.
Fun was had by all and we were delighted to welcome the cycling race to our beautiful county.
