The sun was shining as three conveyancers from the Winston Solicitors conveyancing team made their way down the red carpet at the Modern Law Conveyancing Awards 2019.

Hosted at the Titanic Hotel in Liverpool, the setting was the perfect place to meet up with industry professionals and celebrate all things conveyancing. The event was organised to perfection including warm smiles and a cooling glass of bubbly.

Leasa Foster, Sidraa Razaq and Samantha Robertson-Strong chatted to their counterparts from the breadth and depth of the UK. Stepping out of their usual work place attire all the guests were dressed to impress for the black tie event. With the Winston Solicitors conveyancing team up for three awards there was a touch of pre-announcement nerves and excitement. Each table was decorated with props and unusual features including Mexican hats, bandanas, 3D glasses and masks. Our three conveyancers were seated on a table with a mix of guests from other law firms including Spratt Endicott from Banbury and Devassist who had travelled all the way from West Sussex.

Even though there were no winners from our particular table, it was a great evening, surrounded by fun and laughter. It was an honour to be shortlisted for three awards at the MLCA 2019 and a pleasure to be included at a prestigious industry event.

Winston Solicitors were shortlisted at the Modern Law Conveyancing Awards 2019 for Conveyancing Firm of the Year North England, Client Care and Rising Star – Sidraa Razaq.

Sidraa and Paulo were extremely good dealing with our house sale and purchase. We were kept updated at each stage of the process and found it easy to contact them when we wanted a to have a chat. Thank you for making everything run smoothly.

I have found Winston’s excellent in dealing with our conveyance. This firm totally deserve 5 stars and industry awards received. They are professional, friendly and respond to all docs in an extremely straightforward way. Their pricing is also extremely reasonable. I would have no hesitation in recommending this firm and would use them again should the need arise. I would like to give a special mention to The legal representative Michelle Ayres, who dealt with the sale of mum’s house in an extremely efficient and safe manner.

Winston Solicitors helped me with the purchase of my first ever property. I worked directly with Leasa Foster and Julie Smith. From start to finish they were very efficient and offered detailed information for each step of the way. As a first-time buyer, I wasn’t familiar with the process or what to expect, so having everything explained clearly and receiving detailed guidance at every stage was very helpful. Whenever I had a question or needed to discuss something, there was always someone available to assist, even when Leasa was not there. I always felt well supported and guided throughout the process, which made everything feel straightforward and ensured the purchase went as smoothly as possible. I’m very happy that I chose Winston Solicitors and would highly recommend them.

Sidraa Razaq helped us with our first house purchase. She was fantastic. So many other people have told me they have had bad experiences with their solicitors. Sidraa was the opposite. Professional, responsive, clear, organised, efficient, friendly and supportive. Thank you so much.
