Winston Solicitors was once again delighted to sponsor the Patrons’ Evening for the St Gemma’s 8th Annual Art Exhibition. The evening was buzzing as everyone enjoyed the fantastic art that was on display and the delicious canapés and wine went down a treat. The art was snapped up at quite a pace ensuring that over £21,500 was raised.
The people of Leeds are most fortunate to have St. Gemma’s Hospice and it continues to do outstanding work, making a huge difference to patients and their families.
St. Gemma’s Hospice provides specialist medical and nursing care for people with life threatening illnesses, along with support for their families. Crucially, the care provided by St. Gemma’s is free of charge to patients, families and carers.
Fundraising is a vital to the annual running costs of St. Gemma’s as more than half of the £7 million needed is raised through donations and events.
