Solicitors have blood sucked out of them!

Seven employees from Winston Solicitors had a novel twist to Halloween today when they literally rolled up their sleeves and each gave a pint of blood.

The scary seven turned up at Seacroft Hospital complete with witches hats and broomsticks but there was a serious message behind the fun. Partner Martin Nolan, pictured third from the right, said: “It’s a scary statistic that 96% of us rely on the other 4% to give blood, but we weren’t spooked at all as the staff at the Seacroft donor centre looked after us throughout the whole procedure.”
