Racial discrimination calculator

Racial discrimination is still sadly very much an issue. Great strides have been made in recent years to highlight the issue and attempt to change some peoples attitudes towards race but there is still a long way to go and much work to be done in this area.

If you think you have been racially discriminated against at work then you could be entitled to compensation.

This calculator will calculate the award an employment tribunal may make for an unfair dismissal on the basis of racial discrimination.
