From the first telephone conversation with Amanda I found her to be very helpful and honest about the strength of my case, and the possible outcomes. She kept me well informed throughout the negotiation process, and I am grateful that she managed to negotiate an improved settlement for me, rather than just advising me to accept the initial offer. Having previously worked as a mortgage broker I’m aware of the difference between cheap solicitors and good solicitors. Winston’s had good reviews and I’ve not been disappointed. They did everything as I expected, proactively, and effectively. Chasing and “encouraging” other solicitors in the chain and keeping me informed at every stage along the way. As this gentleman entered the conference room, he did not introduce himself, I almost asked who he was. I assumed it was Mr. Cohen but he certainly looks very different to his profile on the www, he looked a lot younger!!! The mask is more than likely the reason! Mr. Cohen was excellent, explained in details all the content of our wills and made sure we were aware of what we were singning.He was very polite,patient and efficient.It was a pleasure to meet him and we are happy to be his clients.
