Appointment was arranged easily and quickly. The receptionist was courteous and the solicitor who dealt with us was extremely helpful. She explained all the aspects of the documentation process and in the next few days sent us a draft copy for review. After returning the draft we got an appointment to see her and formal completion of the files. Altogether it was a pleasant experience.

I'll be honest, I cringe when I need to use a solicitor. My own experience and that of friends has left me extremely mistrustful of the legal profession in its entirety.
