Ms Leasa Foster acted for us recently in the purchase of a flat. In brief, we found her excellent and certainly would use her services again if we needed to buy or sell. In more detail, there were no aspects of her work to criticize, but many that deserve praise: Friendly attitude, even though all our contact was via email. Promptness in dealing with our queries and requests. Vigilance. She refused to accept the vendor’s solicitor’s reassurance that was not reflected in the leasehold document of the property. Well-organised information system that allowed us to keep abreast of the progress of the transaction. Encouraging us to deal directly with the vendor rather than pass all communications through her, with resulting saving of time. Allowing the purchase process to remain dormant when we needed more time, but keeping in touch.

You need a Will, you're ready to make it But solicitors all look a bit samey. Take our advice, don't think twice. Phone Winstons and talk to Amy.

After looking around for a reliable solicitors I Opted for Winstons. Howard Cohen was my solicitor. He was genuine, honest, patient, gave me options and ensured throughout the whole process he kept me upto date with the progress. He was easily contactable and got back to me after any meetings he had. The pricing is fair and I feel like he went above and beyond to get my case resolved. An outstanding solicitors firm. Every member of staff from reception to solicitor is highly professional yet friendly and supportive.
