The only tiny negatives are that we got a lot of paper correspondence without a heads up or an email or call explaining what was coming and what needed to be done with it. A lot of it came with a to-do list, but as first time buyers it that extra bit of communication would have gone a long way.

  • Solicitors tend to have a bad reputation when it comes to dealing with house purchases or sales but Leasa Foster at Winston's was fantastic. We recommended her/Winston's to our friends who are also progressing with their first house purchase. Everything was very smooth, incredibly helpful and was always happy to chase up the other parties involved. Leasa always called back when promised. Can't rate highly enough.
