The most 'no nonsense' sale of a property I have experienced. Leasa was incredibly efficient and got the job done very smoothly and quickly. Received excellent service and advice. Really helped in facilitating the entire agreement review and signing process. This was especially important as I am not originally from the UK and not familiar with the labor laws and its protocols.

I found them on the web, emailed with outline information ... and as far as I remember they emailed back within minutes! Amazing. Paul Grindley is our contact there. I'm sure they can't guarantee instant response every time, but Paul works quickly and effectively. Short emails instead of long wordy letters. After a week or so, the issues weren't quite as simple as I had hoped - Paul saw the right way through and helped me/us to a better approach.
