Client feedback

Michelle was brilliant. During a time that can be stressful (buying a house), Michelle continually kept me updated, she responded to any emails very quickly and was very thorough. I’d highly recommend Michelle I will definitely be using Winston Solicitors again.

Mr Elshorbagy is an excellent solicitor who made the whole process a lot easier for us. Very thorough, approachable and professional. Joe Bright was great too. Thanks all for your help

I was really pleased with the service I received from my solicitor Dervinder Roth - he was very contactable, clear and approachable. Thanks so much! Would definitely recommend :)

I dealt with Emily regarding my will; she was professional and a pleasure to work with.

My husband and I finally got around to having wills written via the charity scheme (St Gemma's). Emily was great at talking us through the options, answering our queries and setting this up professionally, personably and in a timely manner. I would recommend Winstones to others and would use them again for any legal work we may require in the future.

My situation is fairly straightforward with a couple of areas on which I needed a bit of advice. The solicitor was very helpful at explaining the possible options. The process was thorough and executed in a timely way.

Our experience using Winstons Solicitors for our home purchase was excellent. Communication was clear and timely throughout, and we never once had to chase for a response. Michelle and the entire team were fantastic, and we couldn’t recommend them more highly.

Dervinder was very helpful, responsive and explained everything clearly. Thanks

After losing a family member last year, it made me realise that I had to sort out a Will, as you never know what’s going to happen and when. Emily explained things in clear English and making my Will was so much simpler than I thought it would be.Thank you so much Emily, highly recommended!

Emily was so helpful, and everything was done easily and clearly.

Our new wills, fantastic

From the very onset Emily made us feel at ease. She guided myself and my brother to a successful outcome of navigating what is a complex process with a human touch. This was important to us as we were going through some challenging times with sourcing care homes and navigating Social Services. Knowing Emily was taking care of things both effectively and efficiently was a great reassurance. Emily was quick to act with the Court of Protection, which enabled a lengthy process to be more timely. Thank you Emily

Excellent service , very professional and the experience was above my expectations

We have been so impressed by Leasa and the whole team. They are super responsive and great to deal with. They have implemented some really great software that enables their customers to stay informed of the process, without losing the personal touch. We went from offer to completion in about a month (even with the Christmas break factored in). They have a client for life :)

I had approached Winston Solicitors for aid about a time-sensitive case. They were very responsive, both through email and phone, and professional. They helped me resolve my case quickly and with ease.

Used Winstons for the conveyancing of my first property. Leasa, Julie and everyone there were very friendly and helpful throughout keeping me updated and chasing with the sellers solicitors. Excellent firm, I would definitely use them again.

I have used Winston Solicitors a couple of times now during a purchase and Sale of a property. Most recently i have used them for the sale and my main contact was Joe Bright. Joe kept me updated through every part of the process and made the selling of the property less stress than it would have been. I would like to thank Joe and the team for their hard work and support in ensuring the property sale when through as efficiently as possible.

We had an excellent experience throughout the entire process. The team was extremely helpful, informative, and kept us updated at every stage. They were very knowledgeable, particularly regarding our funds coming from Romania, and they were thoroughly involved in all the required checks, which gave us great confidence. Communication was clear, timely, and professional, and we always felt well supported. We are very grateful for their dedication and would not hesitate to recommend their services to others.

We have just used Winston Solicitors for any sale which went very well but the purchase had a few problems and took longer than expected but with the help of Sam and her team we finally got there. Sam was very good any problems we had were dealt with correctly and straight away acted on which was good professional work always. We would definitely use them again and recommend them.

I was highly recommended to this firm, though initially I was hesitant to work with someone so far away. Any doubts I had, however, were quickly dispelled—everything progressed satisfactorily.Throughout the process, Monika and her team were highly professional and kept me informed online at every stage. Their work was carried out efficiently and to our satisfaction.Thank you, Monika, for your outstanding support throughout this process. I will definitely reach out to you and Winston Solicitors again for any future needs.Sid

I recently used Winston Solicitors for the puchace of a new house and I don't have anything other than positive things to say obout the service. Olivia was always availble when I needed to get in touch for updates, either by phone or email. The level of customer service really shone through and that's what I would say made the difference. I'd have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone who is looking for a conveyencing solicitor.

My family and I had a great experience with Winston’s. The staff are friendly, efficient, and answer emails in a timely fashion. Monika who dealt with our case was approachable and explained things in a way that was easy for the lay person to understand. She also kept us updated regularly, which was appreciated.

Kind, courteous service - excellent and clear communication at all stages of the process - would recommend.

I am really happy and thank you very much.
