Leasa Foster of Winstons was efficient and very thorough in her scrutiny of the lease and patient with me when I was slow in understanding how to transfer large sums of money. My ony criticism is that she did not consult me before telling the other side she would advise me to withdraw if they did not do a Deed of Variation. I felt this made me vulnerable because I was a tenant in that flat and could have been evicted in three months. But otherwise, excellent work.
