Laura and the rest of the team and Winston Solicitors are doing great work. They always respond to your questions promptly and accuratley, taking the time to answer those "silly" questions we have, but I am sure to a conveyancer are very normalised. One of the team went on holiday, and a proper handover of our case file was completed, which meant we never experienced any unnecessary delays with our purchase. I will be using Winstons again in the future and I was greatful that we found a firm that took the stress out of a property purchase.

The process of buying my new house was made extremely smooth and stress free with Leasa and Winston Solicitors. They have a very handy app to see the progress of the conveyancing and to exchange documents.It's great to be able to see the progress so clearly. It was also a delight to deal with Leasa via emails and on the phone. She was always very responsive and friendly and I never had this feeling that I was asking too many questions or that I had to rush because she was busy. when she takes a phone call, she's fully available for her client and this is a great quality. I will certainly use this solicitor firm again in future if needed!

Expecting a long, drawn-out process, with a lot of tiresome questions, I cannot speak more highly of how my claim has been organised and dealt with, with the minimum of fuss.At its conclusion, and the award confirmed, reasons and explanations were given outlining the reasons, why's, and wherefore's, for the amount offered. I could not disagree, and every point was understood. From beginning to end, Winston Solicitors have been open and clear about everything, and though the award is hardly life changing at £3,750, it has made me content to feel that the grievous assault on me has awarded me some personal satisfaction after the Crown Court sentence gave me very little.Thank you Keertan and all at Winston Solicitors.
