As a first time buyer, and when you are putting in a significant part of your life’s savings, you need some one who can not just complete your buying process but handhold you at each step, advise on all small to big matters and most importantly be there for you whenever you need assistance and consultation. Having heard numerous encounters of our friends about delays in their processes and having unresponsive solicitors; made us choose Winston Solicitors after a strong positive feedback and online research. Our conveyancing Manager ‘Leasa Foster’ was always there for us and I think the maximum time she took to reply to one of my emails on one occasion was 2/3 hours else it was always within minutes. While she never promised about our completion date as it wasn’t completely in her control, I guess she always had it at the back of her head and made her best efforts to not just meet our expected completion date but be ready much ahead of that. The proactiveness of our solicitors is what has made us move into our property now with peace of mind and ahead of time. Can’t thank Leasa and her team more. We had endless problems with my mortgage company and two sales fell through but Jeremy battled through it all and kept me up to date the entire time. I cannot recommend him highly enough.
