This was my 4th time using Winston Solicitors. Yet again they managed to deliver the high quality service they always preached. On this occasion, I appointed Winston Solicitors as my conveyancer for a purchase of a residential property and Leasa Foster acted on my case. Leasa was nothing short of brilliance and was the epitome of what professionalism should be. My case was particularly stressful due to an unrealistic timescale set by my seller. Against all odds, Leasa worked through my case in an unconventional method and managed to meet all the demands of my seller and most importantly helped me to secure my property. I am so glad and grateful Leasa had acted on my case. Had it been another person, I would have doubted if I would ever see the keys to my new house. Big thank you once again!

Samantha was fantastic throughout our entire sale. As the sale was a repossession we had to exchange within 28 days of draft contracts. Samantha completely understood the assignment and was thorough throughout. Keeping me updated on the entire process. She was extremely knowledgable and helped me a lot with the paperwork. As a first time buyer it can be quite daunting when buying a house and dealing with solicitors but Samantha supported myself throughout the entire process and made buying a house feel like a walk in the park.
