After a bad attack of Covid-19 which put me in hospital for a week I thought that it was about time for me to sort out a will. On the recommendation of a friend I contacted Winston Solicitors and met up with Monika Voising who explained clearly the steps involved, helping me to move quickly to the desired end point. She also put in place for me Lasting Power of Attorney arrangements. The one downside to the latter was the time it took to get the necessary approval from the Office of the Public Guardian! I found Monika to be empathetic and to be patient when facing my woeful ignorance or the bureaucracy imposed by third parties. An excellent service.
