I cannot recommend Sidraa enough for the efficient manner in which she allowed my house sale to complete. The sale was quite complicated, with three people in the chain and maintenance packs and lease holding shares to attain. Glad I did, very thorough and conscientious, and quick to react. Chain free purchase completed in under 4 weeks. Upon enquiry regarding our requirements we spoke to one of their solicitors who was able to quickly advise us over the phone of their approximate charges and give us a face to face appointment a few days later. Following that discussion, draft documents were emailed to us and a further face to face meeting arranged a few days later. All documents were first emailed then paper copies sent in a short time. Generally a quick, informal and helpful service. We would be happy to seek their advice in the future.
