We used Winston Solicitors for our house move recently - both our sale and our purchase. We had been recommended Leasa Forster by a friend and were so glad that we had been. Leasa was completely professional, incredibly efficient, and fantastically knowledgeable. At every step we knew that Leasa had our best interests at the front of her mind and was tenacious in securing that for us. No email went unanswered; no phonecall went un-returned; no time was wasted waiting for letters; other-side solicitors never failed to be chased. Solicitors we'd used in the past had this old fashioned system of having their secretaries type all their emails and they were always dictating notes for them to respond to queries from the other side. With Winstons every email was written by Leasa or Julie, and we were given a tracking page where they updated the status of our sale/purchase like a roadmap - it was just excellent. The difference we really felt with Leasa compared with other solicitors we used in the past is that Leasa never lost sight in her mind that she was acting under our instruction, and always stressed that point: she would give advice when asked and could draw on her wealth of experience to tell us about norms & conventions, but in the end everything was our decision. We really appreciated the advice and support. We actually had a funny situation recently with a friend who was just buying a house, and we were each recommending our "amazing" soliticitor to each other - each of us were adamant that ours was the best solicitor; it turned out we'd both used Leasa - small world!

Could not recommend Winston Solicitors more.. Sidraa was amazing throughout the whole process. Any of her required tasks were actioned within a day or so of request. She was also very supportive and accommodating through a relative complex/long winded process due to circumstances. I will 100% use their services again.
