I instructed Winston Solicitor to act as conveyancing solicitor for my property purchase. Being a first time buyer, I was very nervous about the expectations / outcomes of the various phases of the property buying process. However, Sidraa (conveyancing solicitor) clarified everything in detail at each stage. She provided very clear and precise communication in all aspects of the process. Sidraa and her team always acted on time and I never had to chase up for any pending actions on buyer's side. She followed up regularly with the seller's solicitor and kept me updated. For anyone new or looking for a solicitor Paul Grindley is by far the most professional,honest and knowledgeable person I have come across.
