Winston Solicitors also received a new recognition from Legal 500 for Outstanding Customer Service. A new Accreditation, purely based on independent client feedback, Winston Solicitors are one of a few to receive this new award in Yorkshire.
Client Service Scores are compared to other firms in the same area, alongside the firms NPS (Net Promoter Score) i.e. how likely the firm is to be recommended. These two scores are combined to achieve the standard of Outstanding Client Satisfaction.
