A New Accreditation from the Legal 500

The Outstanding Client Service rating is a new accreditation from Legal 500 and Winston Solicitors is one of the first firms to be awarded this accreditation.

The Legal 500’s client satisfaction scores are calculated using a comprehensive and statistically valid method that combines Client Service Scores and Client Experience Scores. Each year, the Legal 500 surveys over 300,000 clients from law firms around the world. These clients answer questions about their experience, contributing to a vast database that forms the foundation for the rankings.  

The Client Service Scores, which are a key component of the client satisfaction rating, evaluate a law firm across 11 criteria. This includes the quality of the solicitors, billing practices, industry knowledge, and consistency of service. These scores are compared to other firms within the same jurisdiction or country. Client Experience Scores are another important factor and are derived from a law firm’s Net Promoter Score (NPS), which measures the likelihood of clients recommending the firm to others. The combination of these two scores provides a comprehensive overview of the firm’s ability to deliver client satisfaction through great customer service.
