I engaged Mr James Urquhart-Burton to act for me in relation to a CHC decicion with regard to my mother's declining condition (due to Alzheimers disease). A decision that I felt was unfair and was worth challenging. I can only praise the care and advice provided by James in respect of the possibility of obtaining NHS Continuing Health Care for my relative. Unlike the most advertised company offering the service, I was not asked to pay for their complete service in advance. Winston charged me on a time spent basis.
