Winstons dealt with my recent house sale, the person dealing with it was very efficient keeping me informed and up to date at all times and doing her best to move the sale on. I could not have asked for more. The paper work was clear and again dealt with efficiently. I have used Winstons for my will and also arranging an adverse possession order for my property and again both transactions were dealt with very professionally. I was referred to Samantha nearer to the end of me buying my second property as the first solicitor I instructed wasn't helpful with my purchase. Samantha took over and sorted everything for me, she put me at ease and reassured me that I would have my house before the mortgage was due to expire - we literally had about a month! Samantha was very polite and professional and helped me with all the paperwork as I have very limited knowledge on buying a house.
