As an elderly couple living in Glasgow, we were impressed that Emily Spencer was able to deal with everything efficiently by phone and e-mail to set up our powers of attorney. For those formalities requiring us to be present, she was able to accommodate this in our one visit to the Leeds office in Roundhay. Thus we are very happy with the service.
