The solicitor that was appointed to me was a lady called Samantha Robertson-Strong. She was excellent and I could not be happier with everything she did for me.   • Fast, efficient, professional service. I was kept informed and advised on how the case was progressing. Until I contacted Winston Solicitors I wasn’t optimistic about the outcome. I was told that I had a good case, the Solicitor said so, and the paperwork arrived promptly the next day. It was clearly labelled about what I had to sign, keep and send back to the solicitors. The fees were clearly explained and outlined. Having returned the forms, I was contacted to inform me that they had been received. I promptly won an award! I was kept informed about when the money would arrive. It duly arrived in the timeframe explained and I swiftly received my money without delay.   • They did a great job - chased up everything and answered all queries well! Only possible improvement I could suggest is that they should send out a pre-paid envelope in with all documents to make returning easier, other than that can't I fault the service.
