Client feedback

  • We’ve just completed a sale and purchase with Winston Solicitors and honestly couldn’t be more impressed with the service. Leasa, Julie and the team were fantastic from start to finish - thorough and very efficient, even when things were stressful and complex in our chain. Communication was clear and prompt throughout, and we always felt reassured that they were on top of every detail. It was our first time buying and selling which was quite a stressful process but we felt in very safe hands with Winstons and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. Thank you!

  • Super efficient and professional. We were kept informed every step of the way which really kept us reassured. I loved the online tracker as that showed us where everything was at as it progressed. They were super helpful in raising concerns with the other parties and ensure a smooth transition on the day.We can highly recommend their services.

Sidraa Razaq, supported by Tom McIlroy, exhibited an outstanding professionalism, expertise, and responsiveness from te moment we first made contact, all of which made what was at times a less than straightforward transaction much easier to navigate. • Outstanding Legal Support from Start to Finish:From my initial call to the resolution of my case, the firm and its staff demonstrated exceptional professionalism and care. I would particularly like to commend Mrs Harriet Reid, a family solicitor whose dedication and expertise were instrumental in achieving a successful outcome.Despite having less than ten days to prepare, Mrs Reid devoted considerable time and attention to my case. Her legal knowledge, strategic insight, and empathetic approach were of the highest calibre. She displayed remarkable skill in preparing the case for my counsel, ensuring every detail was meticulously addressed. If I ever require legal representation again, I know exactly where to turn.

  • When Mum needed the system most that she had been paying into all her life she was failed by countless people and departments, assessments not completed, lost files, appointments not kept, delay after delay and on. I had a gut feeling that procedures weren't being followed and began my quest for the truth in her memory. I found James at 'Winston Solicitors' who helped us take on the system and prove that Mum was indeed entitled to CHC Funding. Throughout the case he was relentless in his pursuit to seek out the truth and hold those accountable who failed Mum. He gave us regular updates and discussed every step with us along the way, I cannot recommend him highly enough to anyone who has found themselves in this dreadful position in traumatic times with their loved ones. - August 2025
