I felt they fully explained the process I was about to go through, it made sense, there was no jargon or implied understanding and I felt they made some good legal points that other firms had failed to mention.   • I originally worked with Samantha on the sale of a Buy-To-Let property in Leeds and found Samantha professional, efficient, friendly and helpful – we had one false start (first buyer pulled out) and Samantha remained calm, focused and supportive. Happily we succeeded in completing on the sale with a second buyer and I asked Samantha to take on the conveyancing for the sale of a second property, this time in Lincoln. The tracking app which she updated as well as sending emails was a nice way to get an overview of progress and next steps.
