This offer is available to individuals’ seeking guidance regarding a family law matter and is not available to individuals who are eligible for Legal Aid.
If, following initial screening, Winston Solicitors believes you may be eligible for Legal Aid, the free consultation offer will not apply. Instead, we will provide information, where possible, to help you access the appropriate Legal Aid advice and support.
Consultation Details
The offer consists of one free 45-minute family law consultation with a member of the Winston Solicitors Family Law team.

Consultations will be allocated on a first come, first served basis and are subject to availability.
Appointment Scheduling
Whilst every effort will be made to accommodate preferred dates and times, Winston Solicitors cannot guarantee availability on specific dates or at specific times. Alternative appointment options may be offered where requested dates are unavailable.
Disclaimer and Client Agreement
To secure an appointment, participants must review and sign Winston Solicitors' consultation disclaimer no later than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment.
The disclaimer sets out the scope, your expectations and what will be covered during the consultation.
Failure to return the signed disclaimer within the required timeframe will result in the appointment being cancelled or reallocated.
Nature of the Consultation
The free consultation is intended as an introductory discussion of your circumstances and potential legal options.
