From initial contact to completion, Emily takes her clients through the process of preparing their wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney. She also applies for Deputyship Orders from the Court of Protection and Grants of Representation from the Probate Registry on behalf of clients, as well as assisting them with estate administration. 

Emily advises that having Lasting Powers of Attorney is as important as having a will, so make sure you’ve got both in place.

Away from work, Emily enjoys playing netball, spending time with her family and friends, and once jumped out of a plane in New Zealand!
