Joe Rawnsley joins the team as a Conveyancing Assistant, where he manages Transfer of Equity and Re-mortgage files, while also supporting Sam with Sale and Purchase matters. He particularly enjoys the moment he gets to inform clients that their transaction has completed, a highlight that makes the job especially rewarding. One of Joe’s proudest professional achievements is progressing from an admin role to gaining a full understanding of the entire conveyancing process.
Outside of work, Joe finds happiness as a dedicated Manchester United supporter, holding a season ticket and travelling across Europe to follow the team.
