Kate Morris is an Abuse Compensation Claims Paralegal at Winston Solicitors, where she supports survivors of abuse in pursuing compensation claims. She works closely with clients throughout the legal process, helping to ensure cases progress smoothly while providing a compassionate and supportive approach during what can be deeply personal and challenging circumstances.

Kate finds her role particularly rewarding as it enables her to help clients achieve recognition and justice for their experiences. She is committed to ensuring individuals feel heard, respected and supported, encouraging a mindset of self-compassion and resilience throughout the process.

Outside of work, Kate enjoys spending time with her family and being outdoors. She is a trained Thai boxer and values the discipline and focus the sport brings.
