Laura is a Conveyancing Assistant at Winston Solicitors, providing support to the residential property team and working closely with Sam on both sale and purchase transactions. Having started her career as a business and administration apprentice, Laura progressed to become a Conveyancing Executive before returning to an assistant role, where she feels her strengths lie in supporting colleagues and clients throughout the conveyancing process.

Laura particularly enjoys working with a diverse range of clients, from experienced property investors to first time buyers. “Calling a young first-time buyer on the day of completion to tell them they are officially a homeowner is a great feeling.”

Outside of work, Laura enjoys spending time with her husband, Dan, and her rescue dog, Chester, as well as with her family. She is a dedicated Leeds Rhinos supporter and can often be found at Headingley Stadium on match days.
