I always find Mark Fagan polite, friendly, efficient. He is always happy to assist and give advise when required. Very quick to respond to emails which is good, as my clients expect a quick response from me.

I called Winston's prepared for a long process of repeating the same message and waiting for appointments and was pleasantly surprised that I was put through quickly to a specialist in my area of concern. We agreed a fixed fee for the work (contract review) and scheduled a follow-up call for a couple of days later. The information I received provided clarity to the contents of a contract and clarity of my position with respect to the intellectual property rights of a new employer.
