They’ve been excellent from start to finish. My house purchase took a staggering 13 months due to delays in the chain. But it was much less stressful than it would have been because of the impressive responsiveness of Leasa and the team at Winston. At every stage, and no matter how long a lull there had been while waiting for progress on the chain, Leasa was really quick to respond and was always happy to answer my questions (of which there were many!). Can't really find fault with Sam at Winston Solicitors. She always actioned enquiries and tasks on the day she received them and copied me into replies. Questions I had were responded to quickly and efficiently and I always knew what stage of the process things were at. I can't say the same for the other side solicitor when it came to the property purchase. They were a nightmare for both Sam and the Estate Agents to deal with. Made me very much value spending a bit more for my conveyancing, in the knowledge it came with a quality service. Would definitely recommend, and use Winston's again.
