Did my research, didn’t go for the cheapest but looked for best vfm. Was most impressed with solicitor Leasa Foster on first contact so decided to instruct. Glad I did, very thorough and conscientious, and quick to react. Chain free purchase completed in under 4 weeks. Even the vendor’s solicitor commented on Leasa’s efficiency, ably assisted by Julie Smith. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Leasa, Julie and Winstons for conveyancing. 💯
