  • Winston Solicitors were very quick at responding to my initial enquiry and also helped to point me in the right direction on a couple of occasions during the negotiation process. I did expect to get a little more from my settlement agreement based on the Winstons calculator on the website, but overall i was reasonably happy with the outcome. Please be aware that the costs can quickly increase though. I ended up having to pay half of the Winstons solicitors fees so be mindful of the employers contribution (which in my case wasn't much). On the whole, I got peace of mind and support during a difficult process, but I guess (rightly or wrongly) I did perhaps expect little more.
