It gave us great peace of mind to see each step as it happened.A special thank you to Leasa Foster, who was absolutely fantastic. She was always available, highly responsive, and incredibly knowledgeable. Her guidance made a big difference, especially in a complicated chain, and she went above and beyond chasing other parties to keep everything on track. Julie Smit was also excellent, very responsive and kept us consistently updated.As foreigners unfamiliar with the UK property process, we had a lot of questions and concerns, but Leasa was incredibly patient and always took the time to explain everything clearly. Most of our communication was via email and mobile, which we really appreciated for convenience.The only small suggestion we have is to consider offering a paper-free option. Going digital would not only be more environmentally friendly but also more practical for some clients. Of course, we understand that others may still prefer paper documents, so offering both options might be a good solution.All in all, the most important thing is that everything was done on time, to a very high standard, and with excellent customer service. We are extremely grateful for the support and professionalism we received and would highly recommend this team to anyone going through the house-buying process.

Winston Solicitors and specifically Heidi Stewart and her team have been outstanding from start to finish when completing my CICA claim. Although the claim has taken a long time due to the complexity, Heidi has provided updates on the claim at least every 4-6 weeks and has had complete transparency throughout, any questions are answered promptly and they’re usually available to speak to on the phone whenever you require.

Keertan was very informative and answered all my questions with no problems. Managed all my expectations perfectly and still got me the result even though it was a bit harder. Would recommend to anyone!

Sidraa has just been amazing from start to finish. The sale was complicated one but nothing that Sidraa could not sort for us.
