Our conveyancing Manager ‘Leasa Foster’ was always there for us and I think the maximum time she took to reply to one of my emails on one occasion was 2/3 hours else it was always within minutes. While she never promised about our completion date as it wasn’t completely in her control, I guess she always had it at the back of her head and made her best efforts to not just meet our expected completion date but be ready much ahead of that. Jeremy Conway acted for me in the sale of a property where a 999 year lease had to be varied. We had endless problems with my mortgage company and two sales fell through but Jeremy battled through it all and kept me up to date the entire time. I cannot recommend him highly enough.
