In what was a long drawn out sales process of my property due to the original buyer and their solicitor causing undue delays and then pulling out, Sidraa maintained her professionalism throughout and communicated excellently with myself. The second sale was again rather frustrating due to the buyers solicitors asking irrelevant questions in relation to my property, but once again Sidraa remained patient and professional and answered their queries on my behalf to get the sale eventually over the lineI would certainly recommend Winston Solicitors for any future sale as this was a recommendation to myself from someone else. I first came across Winstons when we were dealing with a sale and Sidraa was acting for the buyer. I’d heard that conveyancing can be a painful and lengthy process. Whilst is was at times pretty painful Samantha and Joe were incredibly efficient, professional and well organised throughout. They responded to emails quickly, made sure that the whole process ran smoothly and in the end it took less time than I’d expected. Recommended!
