My partner and I are REALLY happy with the service provided by Winston Solicitors. We had a very long process of buying our house, with many issues from the side of the seller. Leasa, our solicitor, is very efficient. She replies to emails really quickly, and made sure that the seller's solicitor came back to us on time. Leasa also has a good eye for details, making sure that the contract that we signed was up to a high standard. We felt very confident to have her as our solicitor. We couldn't have had someone better!

The conveyancing was great. We were assigned our dedicated conveyancer who was truly our single point of contact, was knowledgable about our sale and pro-active throughout. We ended up using Winston's and Abby for two sales and a purchase.

Samantha was the solicitor I chose to help me buy my first home. She was recommended by a friend and was helpful throughout. She was very thorough and gave excellent advice throughout. Very responsive Solicitors. Approachable and efficient.

I used Winston solicitor to purchase my house back in January this year. Prior to that we were trying to purchase another house which unfortunately fell through. As first time buyers this was a mind field for us but thankfully we had Leasa there for us every step of the way. She was able to guide and advise us and helped us navigate what was quite an overwhelming and difficult process. Leasa is completely on it, replies to all emails in a timely fashion, follows up with phone calls, took my very long and often frustrated phone calls and repeatedly made sure our interests were at the centre of it all. She’s and incredible conveyancer and if I decide to move again at some point in the future winstons will 100% have my future business. We’ve since used another part of winstons for another legal matter and once again, they went above and beyond for us and ensured that at a time we most needed it we had representation and support. Can’t thank you all enough.

Abby is a really good solicitor, very fast at getting things sorted, and she was patient when we had issues with the house that made the purchase take much longer then expected. If we needed another solicitor in the future, we'd definitely go with winston solicitors again - they made everything feel easy for our first house purchase, when we had no clue what we were doing.
