Samantha was fantastic throughout our entire sale. As the sale was a repossession we had to exchange within 28 days of draft contracts. Samantha completely understood the assignment and was thorough throughout. Keeping me updated on the entire process. She was extremely knowledgable and helped me a lot with the paperwork. As a first time buyer it can be quite daunting when buying a house and dealing with solicitors but Samantha supported myself throughout the entire process and made buying a house feel like a walk in the park. I will definitely be using Samantha again when buying or selling.
